WORKING AS A MENTOR ON THE MULTI-TRACK FELLOWSHIP 2025

6 months working closely as a mentor to one of the Multi-track fellows, as they navigate newly-entering the audio industry.

Multitrack is a charity working for a more inclusive and accessible audio industry. They interrogate power structures, share resources and provide development opportunities.

Each year they select a cohort of entry-level audio makers who may face barriers entering the audio industry based on:

• Socioeconomic background

• Race or ethnicity

• Disability

Across 12 intensive weeks, the fellows receive mentorship, a placement in an audio production company, masterclasses, opportunities to pitch to commissioners and more.

Each participant on the programme is assigned a personal mentor, meeting monthly for 6 months, to help give guidance and support to someone who is starting out in the audio industry.
