Rewriting the Narrative is a podcast that asks the question:

What if you could rewrite the story of your own life?

In each episode one person dives back into their childhood and beyond, bringing to life a particular struggle by turning it into a character; a living, breathing part of life that has shaped the adult they are today. As the story of their relationship to this character unfolds, entirely new perspectives on grief, depression, addiction, body dysmorphia and more are revealed.

Inspired by real-life drama-therapy techniques, this innovative new approach to storytelling can be a powerful transformative experience both for the person processing, and for the the audience listening.
